You start by creating an account. You can either try Geometra for free for 30 days or become a customer immediately. If you already have an account, log in with your email and password.
There are several ways to learn Geometra. You can book a spot in one of our free webinars. You can find plenty of information about the program here in our Help Center. On our YouTube channel, there are many helpful videos that show you how to learn the program step by step. If you want to book a personal walkthrough with one of our experts, that's also possible.
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
No, Geometra requires an internet connection to work.

This is usually fixed by clearing your browser cache.
Here's how:
Press F12 to open the developer tools.
Go to the Application tab
Select Storage in the left sidebar
Make sure to check the box "Including third-party cookies"
Click "Clear site data"
Reload the page with Ctrl+R or F5
You can cancel your Geometra subscription at any time.The cancellation must be made during an active subscription period and before the subscription automatically renews. Subscriptions renew automatically on the date specified on your invoice. You must pay for renewed licenses.When you cancel your subscription, you can still access Geometra and our support until the subscription expires.If a subscription is cancelled, it does not provide a refund for the remaining subscription period.
