Rukkor has four membership plans for companies and associations, from free Spark to Prime, and two tiers for individuals. You pay per user per month. If your Space needs more, such as storage, you add modules as needed.

Does everyone in a Space need the same plan?
No, they don't have to.
What does Rukkor cost for associations?
As an association you get a 30% discount. Prices per user and month are Spark (€0), Core (€3.50), Plus (€10.50) and Prime (€21), excluding VAT. On top of your plan, your Space only pays for the modules you use, such as extra storage. Billing happens directly in the app, and no credit card is required to get started with Spark.
Who counts as an association?
Non-profit associations, economic associations (co-operatives) and equivalent membership-based organisations without a profit motive that are registered in an EU or EEA country under that country's national legislation.
How do we get the 30% discount, and does it apply to all paid plans?
The association discount applies to non-profit associations, economic associations (co-operatives) and equivalent membership-based organisations without a profit motive that are registered in an EU or EEA country under that country's national legislation (for example an ideell förening in Sweden, an eingetragener Verein in Germany and Austria, an association under the 1901 law in France, or a vereniging in the Netherlands). The discount does not apply to political parties, political organisations or movements, nor to religious communities or organisations whose main purpose is religious activity. When ordering, you must state the organisation's national registration number or equivalent identification number and, where applicable, its VAT number. The information is verified against the relevant national register. We reserve the right to refuse the discount if the registration cannot be verified or if the organisation falls under the exceptions above, or to recover the discount amount afterwards if the information turns out to be incorrect.
What is the difference between Rukkor and Rukkor One?
Rukkor is free and includes 20 GB of storage. Rukkor One costs €5 per month including VAT, includes 100 GB of storage and adds, among other things, your own boards, versions and document comparison, meeting planning and AI search.
What are Home Space and Community Space?
Home Space is a Space for the family, where you chat in channels, share and store files, plan with Boards and have video calls. Community Space is a Space for running and hanging out in a community, with channels and video calls.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes, prices for individuals include VAT.
What is Rukkor?
Rukkor is a collaboration platform that helps teams avoid switching between apps and instead work in one place, with all data stored within Europe. Bring all your work together in one place. A platform built around users’ needs, with security at its core. Create workspaces and channels, discuss in threads, and work visually with Boards. Start conversations and collaborate with voice, video, and screen sharing. Available to download from the App Store and Google Play.

Each Space includes 100 GB of storage, shared by its members. After that, it costs € 0,01 per GB.
Payment options
You pay by card in Rukkor. You'll need to create an account first, which is completely free — just get started with the Spark membership plan.
Can I change plan or cancel whenever I want?
Yes, you can change plan or cancel your subscription whenever you want. You do this under settings in your Space in Rukkor.
Where is my data stored?
All content in the Rukkor product is hosted exclusively on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, located in Germany within the European Union. Read more at the Trust Center.
