How we use sub-processors

This page lists the third parties (sub-processors) that process personal data on Rukkor’s behalf, grouped by service. For the Rukkor product, content stays within the EU — hosted by Hetzner, and processed by Berget AI only when you enable AI features; the remaining providers handle only billing or transport metadata and never see your content. Our website, marketing and the Geometra product use a broader set of providers, some US-owned; transfers of personal data outside the EEA rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

This list forms part of our Data Processing Agreement. We give reasonable advance notice of any addition or replacement of a sub-processor, and business customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within 14 days, as set out in the DPA.

These support internal operations and do not process the content inside the Rukkor product.

Rukkor also uses its own Rukkor platform internally. That use relies on the Rukkor product sub-processors listed above (Hetzner, and Berget AI when AI features are used) and does not add a separate sub-processor.
