What is Rukkor?

Rukkor is a platform that brings your team's communication, projects, and files together in one workspace. You get channels for team chat, boards for project management, Drive for file storage, Sessions for video meetings, and Wingman as your built-in AI assistant — without jumping between different apps.

How much does Rukkor cost?

Rukkor is completely free during our beta period. Create an account and get full access — no credit card required. Pricing will be introduced after the beta, and we'll let you know in advance before anything changes.

How do I create an account and invite others to my Space?

Go to the homepage and select "Create account." Once logged in, open the main menu and select "Create Space." Set up your name, roles, and permissions, then invite colleagues by searching for their username or email address. Invitations are sent via email or directly in the Rukkor app.

I've been invited — how do I get started?

Click the link in your invitation email, choose a password, and you'll be taken straight to your Space. Already using the app? Accept the invitation via your notifications.

What is a Space?

A Space is your team's secure home in Rukkor. It brings together all tools for communication, file management, project planning, and AI support in one place. You control who has access and what each person can do through roles and permissions.

What roles exist?

Rukkor has built-in roles like Administrator and Member. You can also create fully custom roles tailored to your team's needs. The Space owner decides which roles exist and who has access to specific features and content.

How do I communicate?

Use Channels for shared team chat, meetings, and tasks — public or private. Use Messages for direct one-on-one or group conversations. Manage your notifications via the gear icon in the top right corner.

What is the difference between a channel, a thread, and a message?

A channel is a shared space for a topic, team, or project — where everyone in the channel can participate. A thread lives inside a channel and keeps conversations focused around a specific task or topic. A message is a private conversation between you and one or more contacts, independent of any channel.

Can I invite someone who doesn't use Rukkor to a meeting?

Yes. You can invite anyone to a Session — they don't need a Rukkor account. Just share the meeting link and they can join directly.

How do I hold a meeting?

Start a video call directly in a channel or schedule a Session and invite participants via a link. During the meeting you can share your screen, record the call, and receive an automatic transcript afterwards.

Can I record a meeting?

Yes. Click the record icon during a Session to start recording. All participants will be notified that the meeting is being recorded. The recording is saved automatically in your channel under Recordings.

How do I plan projects with Boards?

Organise your work into collections and folders with custom fields such as dates, assignees, and attachments. Visualise your project in the view that suits you best: Table for a list overview, Board for workflow cards, Calendar for scheduling, or Gantt to see timelines and dependencies. Filter, group, and sort to get full control.

Can I save a Board as a template?

Yes. Once you've set up a Board you're happy with, save it as a template via the side panel. You'll find your saved templates under Boards Template. You can also share a template with others by generating a code — they import it into their own Space using "Import template."

How do I group, filter, and sort in Boards?

Use the filter function to show exactly the data you need. Create custom columns to tailor your view, and combine filters with grouping and sorting by status, assignee, or date for a clear, personalised overview of your workflow.

How do I share files with others?

Upload files to Drive for shared access across your Space, or send them directly in messages and channels using the attachment icon. In Drive you can organise files with folders and custom fields, manage versions, and create or edit files using Rukkor's built-in tools.

What can Wingman help me with?

Wingman is Rukkor's built-in AI assistant. It can summarise documents, transcribe meetings, suggest smart replies in chats, and improve search across your messages and files. Grant Wingman access to your channels, boards, and files — and you'll spend less time searching and more time getting things done.

How does Rukkor handle my data?

Rukkor is a tracking-free, GDPR-compliant platform with European data storage. All communication and files are protected by advanced encryption and strict authentication. You remain in full control of your data at all times.

Are there differences between the mobile, desktop, and web versions?

No — all features are available across all devices. The layout adapts to your screen size, but nothing is left out. You can switch between devices without losing anything.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — you can cancel at any time before your subscription renews. You'll keep full access to Rukkor and our support until the end of your current billing period. Please note that cancellations don't include a refund for the remaining period.
