Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Rukkor subscription at any time.The cancellation must be made during an active subscription period and before the subscription automatically renews. Subscriptions renew automatically on the date specified on your invoice. You must pay for renewed licenses.When you cancel your subscription, you can still access Rukkor and our support until the subscription expires.If a subscription is cancelled, it does not provide a refund for the remaining subscription period.

How do I create an account and invite others to my space?

Go to thehomepage and select "Create account." Once logged in, click the hamburger menu and select "Create Space." Here, you set names (real or aliases) as well as roles and permissions. You invite participants by searching for their username or email address. Invitations are sent via email or directly within the Rukkor app.

I’ve been invited by someone – how do I get started?

Click the link in your invitation email, choose a password, and you will be sent directly to your Space. If you already use the app, you can accept the invitation via your notifications.

What is a Space in Rukkor?

A Space is a secure collaboration area for a company, team, or organization. Here, you gather tools for communication, files, AI support, and project planning in one single place.

How does Rukkor handle my data?

Rukkor is the secure, tracking-free alternative for businesses that require full data control. All communication and storage are protected by advanced encryption and strict authentication. We guarantee full compliance with GDPR and secure European protection for your most important projects.

How do I communicate with others in Rukkor?

Use Channels for the team's shared chat, meetings, and tasks—choose between public or private streams. For more personal conversations, use Messages, where you can chat privately, share files, and use reactions or GIFs. You manage notifications via the gear icon in the top right.

How do I have a meeting?

You can start a video call directly in a channel or invite participants via a link. During the meeting, you can share your screen, record the call, and receive an automatic transcription to easily refer back to what was said and decided.

How do I plan my projects with the Boards features?

Structure your work into collections and folders with custom fields (e.g., dates, files, and assignees) to tailor your information. You can then visualize the project through different views: Table for list views, Board for workflows, Calendar for scheduling, and Gantt to see timelines and dependencies. By filtering and grouping content, you gain full control over your workflows.

How do I group, filter, and sort in Boards?

You customize your view by using filtering and creating your own columns to display exactly the data you need. By combining filters with grouping and sorting functions, you can organize your collections and items by, for example, status, assignee, or date. This makes it easy to create a personalized and clear view of your workflows.

How do I share files with others?

You share files by uploading them to Drive for shared access in your Space, or by sending them directly in messages and channels via the attachment icon. In Drive, you can organize material with folders and custom fields, manage different versions, and compare documents to see differences clearly. You can also create and edit files directly with Rukkor's built-in tools.

What can Rukkor Wingman help me with?

Wingman uses AI to streamline your work by summarizing documents, transcribing meetings, and providing smart reply suggestions in chats. It can also analyze files you have approved and improve the search function in messages. Everything is designed to increase productivity and simplify collaboration while protecting your privacy.

What roles exist in Rukkor?

You control the permissions in your Space yourself by using standard roles like Administrator and Member, or by creating completely custom roles tailored to your team. The person responsible for a Space defines exactly which roles should exist and who should have permission for specific functions and materials.

Are there differences between the mobile, desktop and webversions?

You have access to the same features regardless of the device, but the views are visually adapted to function optimally on each respective screen. This means you can work and communicate seamlessly whether you are using your mobile or the web.
