Start conversations and collaborate with voice, video, and screen sharing. Invite anyone you want, even people who don’t use Rukkor.

Record sessions for transcription and follow-up, so nothing important is lost and decisions are easy to track.

What are sessions?

Sessions in Rukkor cover everything related to video meetings, screen sharing, and voice calls. You can invite anyone, including people who do not use Rukkor.

How to book a session

If you belong to the same space, you can start a meeting directly in an existing channel. You can also make a voice or video call directly from your messages.

How to record a session

To record a meeting, click the xxx icon. Participants will receive a notification that the meeting is being recorded, and the recording is then saved in your channel under Recordings.

Share your screen

To share your screen with participants in the call, click the xxx icon. You can choose to share your entire screen or a specific window, depending on what you want to show.

Other settings in sessions

You can customize your video and voice call settings by clicking your profile picture and going to Settings. There, you can adjust notifications and other preferences to suit your workflow.
