Customer Survey 2025: What Our Customers Think of Geometra

Every year, we send out a comprehensive customer survey where our users share their experiences of working with Geometra. We have now compiled the results for 2025, and we are especially pleased to have received almost twice as many responses compared to last year. A big thank you to everyone who participated!

What Our Users Appreciate the Most

The survey shows that our users are very satisfied with our support. They appreciate how easy the interface is to navigate and how clear the buttons and menus are. The majority also feel that buttons, menus, and options meet their expectations. Development, stability, operations, and performance are also rated very highly.

Most Used File Types and Tools

Among our tools, point, line, area, and reduction are the most popular. When it comes to file types, PDF, Excel, and image formats such as PNG, JPG, and TIFF are most commonly used as project input.

Template Usage Is Increasing Compared to Last Year

The proportion of users who have tried templates or use them regularly in Geometra has increased compared to last year. We are pleased that more users have discovered the benefits of templates! They can make a real difference, especially when working with recurring building elements.

What all templates have in common is that they support users in different ways by saving information that can later be reused. They also help create a shared structure, making it easier to work consistently as a team.
