We're launching the preview of Cortex AI in Geometra

Many of our customers have asked for exactly this: a way to avoid spending hours measuring surfaces by hand. The first version is now ready for testing, and we need more data to improve the experience and the results.

How Cortex works

Cortex reads your drawing and suggests rooms, walls, and doors. Cortex reads your drawing and suggests rooms, walls, and doors. Start from the Cortex menu, or right after a run. Each object is zoomed to and shown on its own on the drawing, and you have three choices:

Accept (A): Keep it. Is only the name wrong? Rename it in the card or afterward – renaming helps Cortex get better at naming.

Accept and remove (D): Cortex got it right, but you don’t need the object right now. It’s removed from the drawing but counted as correct.

Reject (R): Cortex got it wrong. It’s removed.

Runs on our own servers in the EU

Cortex runs on Rukkor's own servers in the EU. Your drawings are processed by us, on infrastructure we run ourselves.

Free during the preview – and you help Cortex get better

Cortex is free to use during the preview. Taking part means your company contributes to training the model, and the preview can't be used without contributing. We want to be clear about that from the start, so you can decide before you activate the feature.

What is contributed – and what isn't

Everything contributed is de-identified first. Title blocks and identifying notes are removed, so the model learns from the geometry – not from your text. What Cortex learns from is:

what you accepted, changed, or rejected

If your company leaves the preview, we delete the drawings and results we have stored, and nothing more is contributed. However, de-identified geometry that has already been used for training is kept for as long as the models exist. A model that has already been trained on it can't be made to unlearn it.

When the preview ends

During the preview period, Cortex is free to use. By participating, you contribute to the training of the model, and the preview version cannot be used without contributing. After launch, Cortex is included at no extra cost when you purchase at the regular price (SEK 9,900). This does not apply to discounted prices or contract prices.

Always review the suggestions

Cortex is a preview, and its suggestions may be incorrect or incomplete. So always review them. As an extra safeguard, objects nobody has reviewed are left out of exports – so nothing unreviewed slips through by mistake.
