Status

Status is the best way to track project progress and can also be used by our Viewer license as well.

Under the category Workflow in properties, you set the status for objects, or you can select to use ‘Row Override’ to make the status of each row override the overall status for the object.

Summarised Statuses

The folder will display a status icon alongside their details in the estimation tree that indicates the sum of all statuses in objects below them. By clicking the status icon, you can get some statistics for how many objects there are of each status.

Click the different statuses to filter the tree.

Row Override

When toggling ‘Row Override’ for Workflow for an object the object will behave like a folder and show the sum of statuses in the tree for that object.
